Dave Maass is the writer of the graphic novel, “Death Strikes: The Emperor of Atlantis” (Berger Books, 2024). An award-winning journalist who has reported for alternative weeklies across the Southwest, Dave researches surveillance technology as director of investigations at the Electronic Frontier Foundation and as a scholar in residence at the University of Nevada, Reno Reynolds School of Journalism.
