Bard Harner - Drums & Vocals

Brad Harner built a long‑standing foundation in music and percussion education before beginning his corporate learning and development career. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance from Indiana University and has provided percussion instruction for nearly forty years, including more than three decades at McGuire Music in Lafayette, Indiana. With over fifty years of experience as a musician, je has performed as a drummer, percussionist, singer, and songwriter across numerous groups and musical styles.

Harner also holds a Master of Science in Educational Technology from Purdue University. Since joining Cook Medical in 2011, he has progressed through multiple roles and currently serves as the Senior Learning and Talent Development Specialist at Cook Research Incorporated in West Lafayette, Indiana. Prior to his tenure with Cook, Harner contributed to a range of instructional development roles at Zimmer, Inc., Oxygen Education, and Eli Lilly Tippecanoe Laboratories, where he created e‑learning materials, FDA‑compliant training, and interactive learning solutions for technical and global audiences.
